摘要: The interaction between HPV E6 and p53 protein is known as the most important event in HPV-associated carcinogenesis. Some vitro studies suggested that genetic variants are targeted for ubiquitin-proteasome degradation induced by with different abilities. A common variant at position 72 (R72P) has leaded to development of several regarding its role on cervical cancer development. However, only few reports have shown an association Arginine (R) 52 increased susceptibility mediated thus susceptibility. We revised literature order obtain plausible data discuss about these evidences more recent studies, including meta-analysis reviews, point out there no this This seems be differently segregated ethnic/geographical locations; therefore, might a possible associated certain background, which can explain why some reveal risk variant.
