摘要: Context: Thyroid hormones have a dramatic effect on human behavior. However, their role sexual behavior and performance has seldom been investigated in men. Objective: The objective of this study was to evaluate the prevalence dysfunctions patients with hyper- hypothyroidism resolution after normalization thyroid hormone levels. Design Setting: We conducted multicenter prospective at endocrinology andrology clinics university hospitals. Patients: included 48 adult men, 34 hyperthyroidism 14 hypothyroidism. Main Outcome Measures: Subjects were screened for hypoactive desire (HSD), erectile dysfunction (ED), premature ejaculation (PE), delayed (DE) presentation 8–16 wk recovery from disorder.
