摘要: In the beginning of this 21st century, community-acquired pneumonias (CAP) are still responsible for a significant number deaths among young children in many developing countries. Public health initiatives such as those proposed by World Health Organization (WHO) management CAP means identifying highly predictable signs and symptoms have had great positive impact some communities. Still, approach induces an overdiagnosis overtreatment below age 5 years due to misclassification pneumonia with fast breathing associated viral bronchiolitis. Even developed countries, is important public problem aspects current diagnostic measures discussed here. article, we review epidemiology basic concepts update information on clinical evaluation disease.
