摘要: Background: miRNAs are relatively recently discovered cancer biomarkers which have important implications for early diagnosis, treatment and estimation of prognosis. Here we focussed on expression mir-196a-5p in gastric tissues cell lines so as to analyse its significance clinicopathologic characteristics generate enriched KEGG pathways clustered by target genes exploring potential roles a biomarker cancer. Materials Methods: The poorly, moderate well differentiated compared with GES-1 was detected RT-qPCR, the comparing adjacent non 58 cases were also assessed RT- qPCR. Subsequently, an analysis clinical executed based miRWalk prediction database combined bioinformatics tools DAVID 6.7 Mirfocus 3.0. Results: RT-qPCR showed that up-regulated 6 poorly SGC-7901, MKN-45, MKN-28, MGC-803, BGC-823, HGC-27 GES-1, but down-regulated highly line AGS. Clinical data indicated beup-regulated (47/58). Overexpression associated more extensive degree lymph node metastasis stage (P < 0.05; x2 test). Enriched pathway analyses predicted validated targets 3.0 targeted regulated involved malignancy biology. Conclusions: is stage, may contribute tumorgenesis, suggesting oncogenic miRNA
