摘要: A method which can objectively determine to what extent a cancer cell has metastasized lymph node, the being for determining size of metastatic focus, including step quantitating tumor marker mRNA in an assay sample prepared from node suspected metastasis cell, and obtaining focus based on quantitation result mRNA.
