摘要: Described herein are methods and kits for prognosis of prostate cancer in a subject. The comprises: (a) determining the ratio PCA3 PSA expression urine sample (b) correlating value PCA3/PSA with aggressiveness mortality risk Kits prognosing also described. More particularly, present invention features method biological patient comprising: assessing amount specific mRNA sample; this over PSA; comparing to at least one predetermined cut-off value, wherein above is indicative higher as compared below value.
