摘要: AbstractPurpose: Despite being the most useful tumor marker for diagnosis of patients with prostate cancer, serum specific antigen (PSA) is still hampered by lack specificity. A negative biopsy associated a 20 to 40% incidence positive repeat in men persistently elevated PSA levels.
