摘要: The utilization of citrate by Lactobacillus casei subsp. rhamnosus ATCC 7469 in a complex medium containing glucose, lactose or was investigated, as an approach to the question transport this acid and possible relationship with production flavour compounds (diacetyl acetoin). This lactobacillus uses energy source absence carbohydrates. External pH growth increases when is added medium. presence does not affect glucose uptake. L. possibly system for utilization, uptake seems be under control. Lactose only inhibits entrance at high concentration while negatively regulated low concentration.
