摘要: Purpose: To assess the performance of activities daily living (ADL) in individuals with moderate to severe multiple sclerosis (MS).Method: A total 12 men and 32 women MS (Expanded Disability Status Scale, EDSS, 6.0 – 8.5) were studied. The personal ADL (P-ADL) instrumental (I-ADL) was assessed Functional Independence Measure (FIM) Assessment Motor Process Skills (AMPS).Results: Twenty-four 44 rated dependent P-ADL by FIM motor score, mainly due limitations some areas self-care transfers locomotion. Only three cognitive indicating no or little disability.
