摘要: Analysis of sperm aneuploidy in 11 healthy men using two-or three-color FISH permitted to determine the average frequency disomy for chromosomes 13 and 21 (0.11% 0.2%, respectively), chromosome 18 (0.05%) reveal gonosomal variants their frequency. The XX was 0.04%; XY, 0.17%; YY, 0.06%; nullisomy, 0.29%. We assessed meiotic nondisjunction 13, 21, 18, X, Y XX, YY diploid spermatozoa. XY variant prevailed diploidy associated with abnormal chromosomal segregation anaphase I. contribution human imbalance early embryonic lethality some forms abnormalities off-spring is discussed.
