摘要: The shadow economy exists in all countries of the world. Its forms and structure have a regional dimension. Analysis shows key features, which are common to particular economic region. average index is 18% for OECD countries, transition economies, this about 37%, confirms concept regionalization economic. Shadow depends not only on but also socio political factors. combination these factors creates motivation participants economy. burden direct indirect taxes high density regulations level corruption considered be main factors, lead indicators economies. Based results, most outstanding problems that greatest impact entrepreneurs were distinguished each country.
