摘要: China has become a highly entrepreneurial country in the world since 1990s. In this paper, we investigate history and nature of Chinese enterprise reforms focus on recent development its private sector. Then, study major characteristics entrepreneurs find most entrepreneurship current is still necessity-driven. With aid individual-level aggregated data, explore how different socioeconomic factors are associated with activities. By doing so, hope to provide timely meaningful insights researchers, general public, policymakers at all levels.
