摘要: Abstract In this work, we report on the fabrication of microcrystalline thin-film silicon solar cells textured glass substrates. The development transparent and conductive front contacts for these is presented. State-of-the-art random textures light-trapping were replicated into a glass-like resist substrates with an imprint process. We applied industrial relevant soft polymer mold that gives excellent replication accuracy. necessity applying thin enhanced incoupling incident light shown.
