摘要: To identify molecules that regulate Schwann cell migration, we have generated a panel of monoclonal antibodies against surface antigens modulate migration in vitro bioassays. One these antibodies, SMRA1, recognizes 26 kDa membrane protein identified here as CD9. SMRA1 enhances on two biologically relevant substrates: living axons cultured dorsal root ganglion neurons, and cryostat sections sciatic nerve. This CD9-induced regulation motility is correlated with rise cytosolic calcium enhanced tyrosine phosphorylation several proteins. These results, together the findings Hadjiargyrou Patterson (1994), implicate CD9 an important regulator behavior peripheral
