摘要: Abstract Background: Serum (ApoB/ApoA-1) ratio is considered a stronger predictor of systemic inflammation and atherosclerosis than serum total cholesterol/HDL (TC/HDL) among adults. We evaluated the relationships between ApoB/ApoA-1 TC/HDL ratios with surrogate markers insulin resistance (IR) obese adolescents. Methods: Body mass index z-score (BMI-z), body composition, fasting glucose, insulin, lipids, high-sensitive c-reactive protein (hs-CRP), hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c), homeostatic model assessment for (HOMA-IR) were in 143 Results: Male subjects had higher BMI-SDS, fat-free (FFM), glucose female (P < 0.01). Furthermore, 54.5% met diagnostic criteria metabolic syndrome (MS) displayed SBP, fat (FM), HOMA-IR, hs-CRP, TG, TC/HDL, TG/HDL, ApoB/ApoA-1, HbA1c, but lower HDL ApoA-1 non-MS group (P < 0.05) similar gender distribution.
