摘要: Effector cells mediating natural killer (NK) cell activity and antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) have been receiving considerable interest recently as they may represent an additional defense mechanism against maglinancy. Spleen from normal young C3H (MTV+) female mice were found to relatively high activities toward RL 1 YAC-1 tumor lines cell-mediated chicken RBC SB targets. Serum inhibition of NK ADCC was either not demonstrable or only seen at low levels in the mice. Following injection a transplantable mammary adenocarcinoma that grew progressively these mice, both decreased serummediated increased tumors grew. declined with age serum age. Aging however, which had developed spontaneous adenocarcinoma, although having inhibitor their spleen compared did different those aging tumor. Correlation poor between amount inhibitor(s) on activities. versus for correlated, but line appeared be correlated. Decreasing increasing inhibitory functions correlate progression. Sera tumor-bearing contained amounts circulating immune complexes, complexes weakly correlated animals by sera These findings indicate blocking factor(s) can inhibit antibody-mediated vitro must considered analyzing host resistance growth.
