摘要: The subacute toxicity of aristolochic acid (AA) was investigated by (1)H NMR spectroscopic and pattern recognition (PR)-based metabonomic methods. Model toxins were used to enable comparisons the urinary profiles from rats treated with known toxicants AA at various time intervals. Urinary spectra data-processed analyzed method. result visual comparison showed that caused a renal proximal tubular papillary lesion slight hepatic impair. Pattern analysis indicated tubule main damage induced AA, progressive course accumulation dosage monitoring toxicological processes onset, development part-recovery. These results also supported conventional clinical biochemical parameters.
