摘要: Abstract For the first time, complexes of Zn(II), Cd(II) and Co(II) (1–3) with N-benzyloxycarbonylglycine have been synthesized characterized. The adopt tetrahedral, pentagonal-bipyramidal octahedral geometry, respectively. structure polymeric cadmium complex was resolved by single crystal X-ray analysis. ion has a distorted coordination formed two water molecules N-benzyloxycarbonylglycinato ligands (N-Boc) coordinated in different fashions, one as bidentate second connecting three atoms. In rather complicated 2D supramolecular structure, phenyl rings interact mutually exclusively CH⋯π interactions. Investigation antimicrobial activity obtained revealed that ligand does not inhibit growth Candida albicans, whereas newly suppress this human fungal pathogen.
