摘要: Background: The Patient Assessment of Chronic Illness Care (PACIC) 20-item questionnaire measures how chronic care patients perceive their involvement in care. We aimed to adapt the measure into Danish and assess data quality, internal consistency proposed factorial structure. Methods: PACIC was translated by a standardised forward–backward procedure, filled 560 receiving type 2 diabetes Data quality assessed mean, median, item response, missing values, floor ceiling effects, (Cronbach’s average inter-item correlation), item-rest correlations structure confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). Results: response high (missing answers: 0.5–2.9%). Floor effect 2.7–69.2%, above 15% for 17 items. Ceiling 4.0–40.4%, 12 subscales had over 0.30 CFA showed loadings (range 0.67–0.77). All 0.7 included items with both low loadings. model fit good two indices out six (TLI SRMR). Conclusions: is now available validated primary population. psychometric properties were satisfactory apart from effects. endorse five scale fit, may be used separate sum scores.
