摘要: ABSTRACT Even in the age of separations and atomic absorption electroanalytical methods can be choice some special cases. To decide when polarography with a dropping mercury electrode or voltammetry other types electrodes successfully used, limitations advantages analytical applications these techniques are summarized. Examples recent application to basic problems (lack conjugation C=N-N=C groupings, acid-base hydration-dehydration reactions) applied (analyses heterogeneous suspensions used investigation Me2+ bile salts, adsorption pesticides on lignin, alkaline cleavage lignin under mild conditions) given.
