Identification of microsatellite markers for a leaf rust resistance gene introgressed into common wheat from Triticum timopheevii

摘要: The tetraploid wheat Triticum timopheevii Zhuk (A t A GG) is known as a source of genes determining resistance to many diseases. An introgressive line 842, with durable leaf rust was established by crossing T. aestivum cv. 'Saratovskaya29' ssp. viticulosum and used for mapping genes. Molecular analysis the 842 polymorphic microsatellite markers detected introgressions into homoeologous group 2 chromosomes common wheat. Translocation breakpoints introgressed fragments were localized between Xgwm95 Xgwm817 on chromosome 2A, well Xgwm1128 Xgwm1067 2B. Linkage demonstrated association disease at seedling stage 2A. gene found be linked marker genetic distance 1.5 cM. alien temporarily designated lrTr1.
