摘要: Introgressive lines resulting from crossing common wheat Triticum aestivum with the tetraploid T. timopheevii are characterized by effective resistance to leaf rust caused Puccinia triticina Eriks. Molecular analysis using 350 specific simple sequence repeat (SSR) markers determined localization of genome in chromosomes 1A, 2A, 2B, 5A, 5B, and 6B. A population F2 offspring hybrid line 842-2 cultivar Skala was obtained for mapping loci controlling resistance. Analysis association phenotypic genotypic data means interval (SIM) composite (CIM) has shown that adult plants is two 5B 2A. The major locus QLr.icg-5B, transferred chromosome 5G mapped microsatellite Xgwm408-Xgwm1257 controls 72% variance trait. other, minor QLr.icg-2A located 2A at a distance 10 cM Xgwm312 accounts 7% trait expression. Microsatellite near these may be used transfer agronomically valuable when new cultivars created.
