摘要: Abstract Sex determining region Y (SRY)-box 18 (SOX18) gene encodes transcription factors that have been recently confirmed to be overexpressed in various human types of cancer and maintain the malignant behavior cells. However, role its potential function prostate (PCa) has not demonstrated mechanisms SOX18 involved tumor progression remain largely unclear. In present study, expression was analyzed 98 PCa 81 adjacent non-tumor tissues using immunohistochemistry. The data showed 72 98 (73.5%) PCa compared with 28 (34.6%) tissues. addition, related clinical features patients PCa. To explore cells, Cell Counting Kit-8 (CCK-8), migration, invasion xenograft assays were performed. Our knockdown decreased proliferation, migration cells in vitro, addition growth in vivo. Markedly, caused TCF1, c-Myc, cyclin D1 MMP-7. conclusion, may regulate capacity via upregulation
