摘要: Background Mycoplasma bovis is an important pathogen causing severe disease outbreaks in cattle farms. Since 2011, there has been apparent increase M. among Danish dairy herds. The industry performed cross-sectional antibody screening for on four occasions, using the indirect BIO K 302 enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) (Bio-X, Belgium) bulk tank milk from all herds between June 2013 and July 2014. objective of this study was to investigate evolution spatial distribution herd population throughout period. Repeated samples were used as a proxy herd-level diagnosis. Descriptive analyses rounds. Based previous diagnostic test evaluation study, status each determined test-positive or test-negative cut-off 50 optical density coefficient %. global clustering evaluated through modified K-function method, local clusters identified by scan statistics.
