摘要: An in vitro model of myocardial ischemia has been established with primary monolayer cultures neonatal rat heart cells. Ischemic conditions were simulated by subjecting the cell to various levels oxygen and glucose deprivation. After ischemic treatments, beating muscle (M) cells evaluated for functional morphological changes. The experimental protocol consisted treatment 20% or 0% O2 1000, 500 0 mg per 1 medium 4, 12 24 hr.
