摘要: Mineral oil hydrocarbons are by far the largest contaminant in human body. Their composition differs from that mineral oils humans exposed to, and varies also between different tissues of same individual. Using presently best technique for characterizing hydrocarbons, comprehensive two-dimensional gas chromatography (GC×GC), were compared to those various oils. This provided information about strongly accumulated species might give hints on flow path through The selectivity accumulation is probably interest risk assessment synthetic (polyolefins). GC×GC grouped MOSH into classes n-alkanes, paraffins with a low degree branching, multibranched naphthenes (alkylated cyclic hydrocarbons) 1-4 rings. Metabolic elimination was observed constituents all these classes, but selective within each class. subcutaneous abdominal fat mesenteric lymph nodes (MLN) had almost included distinct signals oil, though reduced amounts relative cloud unresolved hydrocarbons. liver spleen MLN tissue, again largely identical given Virtually forming eliminated, leaving an residue highly isomerized
