Language in corticobasal syndrome: a systematic review.

摘要: Language is commonly impacted in corticobasal syndrome (CBS). However, the profile and type of language assessment CBS are poorly studied. Objective To identify impairments CBS. Methods A search was performed Medline/PubMed database, according to PRISMA criteria, using keywords "corticobasal syndrome" OR degeneration" AND "language". Articles on covering that were written English included, with no constraints publication date. Results total 259 articles found 35 analyzed, consisting 531 participants. Twenty-eight studies showed heterogeneous deficits seven mentioned nonfluent primary progressive aphasia. The most used tests Western Aphasia Battery (8 studies) Boston Naming Test studies).
