摘要: This study was carried out to elucidate the antiinflammatory effect of 70% methanol extract obtained from dried fruit Forsythia suspensa Vahl and its active principles. F. extracted with freeze-dried give a powdered extract. The then dissolved in water n-hexane, n-hexane fraction evaporated dryness under vacuum; activity fractions investigated on acetic acid-induced vascular permeability writhing symptoms mice, as well carrageenin-induced edema cotton pellet-induced granuloma formation rats. (p.o.) showed analgesic effect, but did not. These results suggested that induced by shifted principles may be lipophilic compounds.
