摘要: Abstract 1. myo -Inositol decreases the synthesis of phosphatidylglycerol by type II cells isolated from fetal rat lung. Inositol addition also increases synthesized amount surfactant phosphatidylinositol. These observations indicate that at least part decreasing effect inositol on formation is result competition between and phosphatidylinositol for a common pool CDPdiacylglycerol. 2. Studies subcellular localization enzymes measured under optimal conditions suggested enzymic activity required located mainly in mitochondria, but most likely small endoplasmic reticulum, while reticulum. 3. was found to inhibit glycerolphosphate phosphatidyltransferase microsomal fraction not mitochondrial derived cells, indicating CDPdiacylglycerol takes place 4. This latter observation together with switch-over production around term reticulum intracellular site production.
