摘要: A method for the treatment of mania in bipolar disorder using derivatives valproic acid and 2-valproenic amines having following structures: wherein R1, R2, R3 are independently same or different hydrogen, a C1-C6 alkyl group, an aralkyl aryl n is integer which greater than equal to 0 less 3, compound containing moiety, as well pharmaceutical compositions comprising these compounds.
