摘要: AbstractCrossing water bodies (like lakes or rivers) by European roe deer Capreolus capreolus Linnaeus, 1758 is a known phenomenon. However, there scarce information about the reasons for and patterns of this activity. We analysed 4-year localization data 13 Global Positioning System-Global System Mobile Communications (GPS-GSM) collared living in floodplain forests river Tisza Hungarian Great Plain order to describe such behaviour. Initially, we assumed that may represent barrier studied frequency crossing occasions, between within animals. Our questions were: (1) Does River act as movements deer? (2) Are any seasonal daily variations patterns? (3) Is difference males females regarding (4) level increase human presence (disturbance hunting) have impact on crossings...
