摘要: Bone remodelling depends on a balance between formation and resorption. Little is known of the biological factors involved in bone formation, whereas there much evidence that physiological factors, such as parathyroid hormone (PTH) active metabolites vitamin D3, influence Cells responsible for osteogenesis osteoclasis occur close proximity, suggesting both might be controlled by same micro-environment body fluid. To clarify stimulating or accelerating osteogenic cell activity, we have examined effects D3 PTH vitro. We report here combinations those especially 1α,25-(OH)2D3 24R,25-(OH)2D3, directly stimulate calcification synergistically with PTH.
