摘要: A central goal of most sustainable agriculture programs is to encourage growers adopt practices that jointly provide economic, environmental, and social benefits. Using surveys outreach professionals wine grape growers, we quantify the perceived costs benefits viticulture recommended by sustainability certification programs. We argue mix environmental benefits, economic determine whether or not a particular practice involves decisions about innovation cooperation. Decision making also affected overall level knowledge regarding different practices, show gaps are an increasing function cost decreasing How related cooperation has important implications for design Cooperation, innovation, issues likely be relevant resilience many types social-ecological systems.
