摘要: Abstract The study of force constants in the chemical bonds numerous complexes a special class leads to conclusion that coordinated ligands cannot, generally speaking, be characterized by definite donor-acceptor capacities. These are dependent both on capacities peculiar ligands, which depend their structure, and over-all electron state part complex they bonded.
