摘要: Zona pellucida free (ZPF) oocytes were cultured after electrical activation to allow blastomeres aggregation and compared ZP intact (ZPI) oocytes. In feeder-dependent conditions, the trophoblast attachment primary outgrowths significantly higher in ZPF than ZPI groups. feeder-free typical morphological observed group. The colonies derived from embryos both culture conditions able establish secondary tertiary showed mRNA expression of CDX2, TEAD4 KRT8 as markers, while could not grow beyond colonies.
