摘要: Abstract Insufflation of disodium cromoglycate was compared with placebo insufflation in the prophylaxis seasonal allergic rhinitis. The results a double-blind trial 27 patients suggest that 10 mg. into each nostril four times day readily controls symptoms rhinitis and considerably reduces need for antihistamine therapy. treatment is easy well tolerated. No side-effects were noted this trial.
