摘要: In poly(vinylidene fluoride–trifluoroethylene) copolymer spin cast films, it has been observed that the polarization switching time increases as film thickness is reduced to below 1 μm. We will show this change with can be divided into two regimes, i.e., those above 120–150 nm and thickness. For films thicker than nm, in behavior due interface effects modeled by an effective layer lower dielectric constant series film. thickness, there additional very large increase of This effect caused precipitous drop crystallinity at range.
