摘要: Apparatus for acquiring an image of a specimen comprising cassette having optical portion holding array on TIR surface and being removably matable to processing polarized light beam source polarization-sensitive the spatially distributed charges in polarization array. In one form comprises transparent slide bottom with first second gratings located direct reflected by that (TIR) imager, respectively. The apparatus may include flow cell integral as well means selecting direction wavelength light.
