摘要: Abstract We have reported the impact of core and shell radii on energy spectrum centered shallow donor confined inside CdSe/ZnTe core/shell quantum dot ZnTe/CdSe inverted dot. The dielectric discontinuity between nanosystems their surrounding medium was considered. In order to examine behavior binding as a function spatial parameters variational approach within framework effective-mass approximation deployed. Our model shows that for fixed radius increase value blue-shifts only if ratio is 0.9 1, otherwise it red-shifted. By contrast, system red-shifted by increasing nanostructure size all values ratio. also found are more important in nanodot than an
