摘要: Immunoreactive somatomedin A (SMA) was determined in rat serum collected at 20 days of gestation and 5, 15, 25, 50 postnatal age. Adult levels were shown to be GH dependent. rapid rise immunoreactive SMA observed after 15 age, this attributed the triggering SMA-GH regulatory system by nutritional factors weaning. Circulating reduced during early development pregnancy, raising possibility that growth is regulated an embryonic form SM which not detected RIA.
