摘要: Background:  Allergic rhinitis is a global health problem that could impair the patient’s quality of life. Recent studies had showed role leptin, a hormone produced by adipose tissue, on sensitization process which can increase serum level B cells and IgE.  Purpose:  To define relationship between leptin with degree allergic based ARIA VAS. Methods:  This study involved 38 subjects cross sectional design. Statistical analysis included t-test, logistic regression Kruskal-Wallis.  Results:  This has correlation (p<0.05), specifically intensity but not VAS.  Conclusion:  Serum severity symptoms. Controlling be considered as promotion for patient rhinitis. Further research focusing controlling symptoms recommended.  Keywords:  allergic rhinitis, level, rhinitis  Abstrak :  Latar belakang:  Rinitis alergi merupakan masalah kesehatan dan dapat mengganggu kualitas hidup penderitanya. Beberapa penelitian telah menunjukkan peran leptin, hormon yang diproduksi oleh jaringan lemak, pada proses sensitisasi ditandai dengan kemampuan meningkatkan sel Tujuan:  Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan kadar derajat rinitis alergi.  Metode:  Penelitian melibatkan subjek desain potong lintang untuk penderita .  Analisis statistik digunakan adalah uji t, regresi Kruskal-Wallis.
