摘要: Controlled trials that determine which interventions can significantly improve adherence to combination antiretroviral regimens are urgently needed. Rates of the often sub-optimal, and while a variety factors predictive or associated with have been identified, few research findings reported effectively promote health outcomes. Further, mechanisms by not well understood. Maximizing achieving full potential therapies demand multidimensional initiatives address complex behavioural biomedical issues. A model drawn from self-regulation theory empirical data explain medication is proposed.
