摘要: Abstract Plant growth and nodulation of subterranean clover ( Trifolium subterraneum L.) were studied in nonsterile soil inoculated with a plant growth-promoting rhizobacterium (PGPR) isolate Pseudomonas putida indigenous vesicular-arbuscular mycorrhizal (VAM) fungi. Although inoculation the PGPR or VAM fungi increased after 12 weeks, significant increase root dry weight, compared to uninoculated controls, was observed only when both present. Shoot weight plants significantly greater than alone, alone controls. Nodulation enhanced by either (× 1.50-fold over controls at weeks), but 2.03-fold controls) Inoculation colonization from 7 23% system infected 6 levels similar (ca. 50%) weeks. Populations similarly rhizosphere nonmycorrhizal plants. Concentrations Fe, Cu, Al, Zn, Co Ni considerably shoots alone.
