Sequence determination and phylogenetic analysis of RNA-dependent RNA polymerase (RdRp) of the porcine enterovirus 1 (PEV-1) Talfan strain.

摘要: The nucleotide sequence of the region including RNA-dependent RNA polymerase (RdRp) porcine enterovirus 1 (PEV-1) Talfan strain was determined. Amino acid identities RdRp with those other picornaviruses were significantly lower than seen among viruses same genus picornaviruses. phylogenetic analysis indicated that divided into 8 clusters, in which genetically distinct from contrast to current taxonomy. In this study, we propose PEV-1 be regarded as a new for family Picorna- viridae.
