摘要: Aim Human serum albumin (HSA) is known for its multiple functions, such as maintenance of colloid osmotic pressure, transport endogenous and exogenous substances, antioxidation. The aim this study was to measure the redox state concentrations β-d-glucan endotoxin compare quality 5% HSA preparations from two different manufacturers. Methods The in pharmaceutical products (groups A B) compared terms percentage reduced oxidized contaminant level endotoxin. Results The human mercaptoalbumin group significantly higher than that B (P < 0.01), whereas non-mercaptoalbumin-2 lower 0.01). concentration 0.01). Conclusions The present findings indicate need control applications involving use large volumes.
