摘要: In order to elucidate the role of catecholaminergic system in cataleptogenic effect delta 9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), pretreatment with 6-hydroxydopamine (6-OHDA) or desipramine and 6-OHDA lesions locus coeruleus were investigated rats. The THC was significantly reduced rats treated but not 6-OHDA, as compared control On contrary, haloperidol coeruleus. These results indicate that noradrenergic neurons have an important manifestation catalepsy induced by THC, whereas dopaminergic are haloperidol.
