摘要: Two animal models were used to investigate the effect of lowered central noradrenaline levels on two dopamine-dependent behavioural parameters in rat. Newborn rats injected with 6-hydroxydopamine or adult animals had bilateral electrolesions placed region locus coeruleus brain stem. The these lesions amphetamine- and apomorphine-induced stereotyped behaviour haloperidol-induced catalepsy was studied.
