摘要: Learning and memory were previously evaluated by using the elevated plus-maze test in mice. We investigated whether this method could be used for evaluation of amnesic properties drugs, including those which alter behavior on first (training) trial. Six drugs different types, scopolamine, MK-801 ((+)-5-methyl-10,11-dihydro-5H-dibenzo[a,d]cyclohepten-5,10-imine maleate), diazepam, butylscopolamine, methamphetamine haloperidol administered before training. The transfer latency vehicle-treated mice retention testing was significantly shorter than that latencies given scopolamine (1 3 mg/kg s.c.), butylscopolamine (6 (2 4 i.p.), or (0.4 i.p.) prolonged training compared with corresponding vehicle groups. However, significant prolongation test, to groups, observed only (3 (0.1 0.15 i.v.), diazepam (4 i.p.). These results suggested might as an indicator impairment learning induced have properties, is not related change
