摘要: Extracellular peroxidases play an important role in the degradation of chlorophenols by Phanerochaete chrysosporium. Depending on moment 3,4-dichlorophenol addition, production lignin peroxidase and manganese C-limited agitated cultures was affected opposite ways. In that received at time inoculation, fungal growth reduced were not produced, whereas activities stabilized after addition to pregrown cultures. Further investigation revealed mRNA encoding produced started with 3,4-dichlorophenol, suggesting onset secondary metabolism affected. stabilization activity result activation gene transcription, as shown Northern blot experiments, but likely due inhibition extracellular proteases.
