摘要: Employees are the heart of any organization. For organization to operate smoothly and without interruption, employee cooperation cannot be replaced with anything else. It is utmost importance that employees an not only have a good relationship top management, but also, they maintain healthy professional their coworkers. The following study self-conducted research on how motivational tools impact performance for betterment. also focused de-motivation factors affecting negatively. A sample individuals was selected interviewed self-administrated questionnaire obtain primary data. data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis methods. results obtained indicate if positively motivated, it improves both effectiveness efficiency drastically achieving organizational goals.
